CHERNOVTSY

Chernovtsy is a city in the Northern part of Bukovina, Ukraine. It is the capital of the Chernivtsi Oblast and is a city with a long and interesting history. There is this huge park near my house its called Park Chevchenko. It's named after a Russian Writer. Inside the park you can find a mini amusement park, a wishing fountain, a summer theater, a restaurant , a cafe where you can play  ping pong, a billiard cafe, and a couple of other cafes, also  there is a stadium and tennis courts. On the weekends all the young adults and families from Chernovtsy go there, some from the near by farms and others just visiting. There is another stadium near the park. It's one of the biggest in the towns. They have soccer games and host lots of interesting events. They even have discos there.
